The Okanagan strings together a chain of warm lakes between Osoyoos in the south and Vernon in the north. Summers are hot and dry, the beaches are busy, and the region is full of orchards, vineyards and rail-trail cycling. It is one of the most popular RV holiday regions in western Canada, so campgrounds book up early.
