Jasper National Park is the largest park in the Canadian Rockies and a Dark Sky Preserve. Elk wander the townsite, Maligne Lake and Athabasca Falls are a short drive away, and the Icefields Parkway links it to Banff. Wildfire recovery work has been under way in the park, so confirm which campgrounds and services are open before you travel.
